The 7 Pillars
Every Kingdom man is built across seven pillars. This is the path from a man who meets with God daily to a man who develops other men. Build the man. Multiply the mission.
Faith
Meet With God Daily
Develop a consistent relationship with Jesus through Scripture, prayer, obedience, and spiritual discipline.
"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you."- James 4:8
The Problem
Many men know about God but have no consistent, daily relationship with Him. Faith becomes a Sunday event instead of a daily reality, and decisions get reactive when they should be rooted in truth.
Biblical Foundation
Faith is a relationship you build, not a feeling you sustain. A man who meets with God daily reorients his life around truth before the world pulls at him.
What This Pillar Develops
A consistent walk with God through Scripture, prayer, obedience, and spiritual discipline that shapes every decision.
Practical Behaviors
- Open Scripture before you open your phone
- Pray honestly - confess, thank, ask, listen
- Write down one thing to obey today
- Commit your day to God before your plans
KMOM Tool
The Daily Mission - daily Scripture, a challenge, an action step, and accountability.

Next Step
Identity
Identity Before Activity
Know who you are in Christ before allowing accomplishments, relationships, money, success, failure, or culture to define you.
"So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith."- Galatians 3:26
The Problem
Men let accomplishments, relationships, money, success, failure, or culture define who they are. When identity is built on performance, a man is either proud when he wins or crushed when he loses.
Biblical Foundation
Your identity is settled in Christ before you do anything. You are a son of God, forgiven, adopted, and called. When identity is settled, activity flows from conviction instead of a need to prove yourself.
What This Pillar Develops
Confidence rooted in Christ, freedom from validation-seeking, and the ability to act from identity rather than for identity.
Practical Behaviors
- Declare who you are in Christ daily
- Reject the need for human validation
- Let Scripture define you, not culture
- Act from identity, not for identity
KMOM Tool
The Mission Identity Statement - declare who you are in Christ before what you do.

Discipline
Strength Through Discipline
Develop self-control, consistency, fitness, healthy habits, sexual integrity, time management, financial discipline, and personal standards.
"For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline."- 2 Timothy 1:7
The Problem
Motivation fades. Men start strong and fade fast because they rely on feeling instead of discipline. Inconsistency erodes trust - with themselves, their families, and God.
Biblical Foundation
Discipline is a skill built, not born. It is the ability to do what is right when you don't feel like it - and it carries a man through the seasons when motivation disappears.
What This Pillar Develops
Self-control, consistency, fitness, healthy habits, sexual integrity, time management, financial discipline, and personal standards.
Practical Behaviors
- Keep your word to yourself and others
- Track your daily disciplines
- Do one hard thing daily
- Guard your eyes, your time, and your money
KMOM Tool
The Mission Scorecard - track your daily disciplines so consistency becomes visible.

Brotherhood
Sharpen Through Brotherhood
Build meaningful relationships with other men through accountability, encouragement, correction, prayer, and shared mission.
"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."- Proverbs 27:17
The Problem
A man alone drifts. Isolation is where conviction quietly dies and where most men compromise without anyone noticing. The man who hides cannot heal.
Biblical Foundation
We were not designed to follow Jesus alone. Brotherhood provides accountability, encouragement, correction, prayer, and shared mission - men sharpening men.
What This Pillar Develops
Meaningful relationships with other men through accountability, encouragement, correction, prayer, and shared mission.
Practical Behaviors
- Stop hiding - name the area you've kept secret
- Ask one man to hold you accountable specifically
- Show up consistently - brotherhood is built over time
- Begin sharpening another man in return
KMOM Tool
Mission Squads - small accountability groups that meet regularly for prayer and mission.

Next Step
Leadership
Influence Others
Develop the ability to lead yourself, your family, relationships, workplace, church, and community.
"Whoever wants to be first must be slave of all."- Mark 10:44
The Problem
Many men are called to lead but unprepared to lead. They lead through demand instead of service, and their families, teams, and churches suffer for it.
Biblical Foundation
Biblical leadership is servant leadership. The greater the authority, the greater the service. You lead yourself first, then your family, relationships, workplace, church, and community.
What This Pillar Develops
The ability to lead yourself, your family, relationships, workplace, church, and community through servant leadership and example.
Practical Behaviors
- Lead yourself before leading others
- Lead by going first - pray, repent, serve
- Make decisions with wisdom and courage
- Take responsibility instead of making excuses
KMOM Tool
The Mission Review - regular, honest evaluation of your leadership and growth.

Next Step
Mission
Obey Immediately
Discover your God-given assignment, establish priorities, stop procrastinating, take action, and finish what you start.
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations."- Matthew 28:19
The Problem
Men drift between ideas without ever acting. They procrastinate, overthink, and leave assignments unfinished. Obedience delayed becomes obedience denied.
Biblical Foundation
God has an assignment for you. Mission is not self-invention - it is discovering and obeying God's calling. Purpose clarifies through obedience, not through waiting for certainty.
What This Pillar Develops
The ability to discover your God-given assignment, establish priorities, stop procrastinating, take action, and finish what you start.
Practical Behaviors
- Write your primary mission for the next 30 days
- Take the first step within 72 hours
- Establish priorities and protect them
- Finish what you start
KMOM Tool
The 72-Hour Mission - take a concrete first step within 72 hours of what God shows you.

Next Step
Multiplication
Develop Other Men
Train mature members to encourage, disciple, mentor, and eventually lead other Kingdom Men on Mission.
"And the things you have heard me say... entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others."- 2 Timothy 2:2
The Problem
Most men's growth stops with themselves. Transformation that ends with you is incomplete. The Kingdom does not advance through isolated men - it advances through men who develop other men.
Biblical Foundation
A Kingdom Man does not stop with his own transformation. The final stage is multiplication: who is the next man you are helping become a Man on Mission?
What This Pillar Develops
The ability to encourage, disciple, mentor, and eventually lead other men - Next Man Up in action.
Practical Behaviors
- Identify the next man you will help develop
- Encourage, challenge, and pray for him
- Share what God has taught you
- Begin leading a group or mentoring a man
KMOM Tool
The Mission Leader path - develop and disciple the next wave of Kingdom men.
